He worked for the best production companies and directors on films, commercials and TV in countries like Spain, United States, United Kingdom, Denmark, Turkey, or Mexico, between others. Mr. van der Hoek has a solid career on production management that allows him to guide his clients through the best and most effective production strategies.

Mr. van der Hoek founded Phi Ecosystem with the purpose of establishing an international audiovisual production ecosystem at the service of companies and production houses interested in the execution of fiction, commercial or television content. Through its offices in Colombia and Spain, and supported by a robust portfolio of strategic partners, it provides comprehensive solutions for international audiovisual service productions.​

Before Phi Ecosystem, Mr. van der Hoek is a DGA member that worked for BBC, HBO, Paramount, Secuoya, Atresmedia, Disney or Blur, between others, on their direction and production teams, and has directed shows for main broadcasters like TVE or Telemadrid.
